Preparing for Your 30-Day Check-in

Overview and Template Agenda

Approximately 30 days after go-live, we'll reconnect for your 30-Day Customer Success Check-In.

By this point, your team has had time to use vis|ability during normal operations, which gives us an opportunity to move beyond implementation and talk about how the system is actually working for you.

The goal is simple: confirm what's working, address what's not, and make sure your team has what it needs to be successful moving forward.

30-Day Check-in Agenda

What We'll Discuss

The 30-Day Check-In is focused on your experience since go-live. We'll typically discuss:

  • Adoption & Usage – How is your team using vis|ability? Are Users comfortable with their everyday workflows?
  • System Health – Is the system performing as expected? Are there open issues, recurring concerns, or support items we should review?
  • Training & Resources – Are there features your team would like to revisit? Do Users or Administrators need additional training?
  • Opportunities for Improvement – Are there workflows, configurations, or capabilities that could make the system more useful?
  • Next Steps – Are there action items or priorities we should carry forward?

How to Prepare

You don't need to prepare a formal presentation or report.

Before the meeting, simply talk with the people who have been using the system and think about:

What's working well?
What has your team found useful or valuable?

What's causing friction?
Are there workflows that are confusing, inefficient, or aren't working as expected?

What questions have come up?
Keep track of questions from both Operators and Administrators.

Where could additional training help?
There may be capabilities covered during initial training that make more sense now that you've used the system.

Has anything changed?
New Users, Sources, Displays, workflows, or operational requirements may create opportunities we didn't identify during implementation.

Who Should Participate?

We recommend including the individuals who are closest to the system and can provide useful feedback about the first month of operation.

Depending on your organization, this may include System Administrators, operational leads, key Users, IT personnel, or other stakeholders involved with the vis|ability environment.

Not everyone needs to attend—the goal is simply to have the right people represented.

 What Happens After the Check-In?

We'll capture any important feedback, questions, or action items identified during the conversation and determine the appropriate next steps.

Those next steps could include additional training, support follow-up, configuration changes, educational resources, or simply continuing to monitor adoption as your team becomes more comfortable with the platform.

From there, your organization transitions into Ongoing Customer Success, including continued engagement, Quarterly Reviews, Annual Reviews, and opportunities for future growth and optimization.

The 30-Day Check-In isn't a test of your team or your system. It's a conversation designed to make sure we're moving in the right direction together.
