vis|ability - End of Life, End of Support

Activu Corporation confirms that the Activu vis|ability platform is an ongoing Activu-developed software platform under active development and support, and is not planned to reach End of Life (EOL) or End of Support (EOS).

This statement applies to the vis|ability platform as a product platform and roadmap commitment. It does not constitute a guarantee that any specific software version, build, configuration, feature set, hardware component, deployment architecture, or implementation delivered under a particular sale will remain unchanged, commercially available, or supported without upgrades, updates, substitutions, or modifications.

Activu may continue to enhance, update, replace, or evolve vis|ability over time, including through new releases, security updates, feature changes, architectural improvements, and successor versions, in accordance with Activu’s product roadmap, support practices, customer agreements, and applicable maintenance or support entitlements.

This statement does not apply to, and expressly excludes, any software, firmware, hardware, operating systems, databases, drivers, middleware, cloud services, third-party integrations, open-source components, or other elements that are not developed by Activu. End-of-life, end-of-support, security update availability, compatibility, licensing, and maintenance obligations for such non-Activu-developed elements are controlled solely by their respective manufacturers, publishers, licensors, or service providers.

Nothing in this statement supersedes the terms of any executed agreement, statement of work, support agreement, license agreement, warranty, or other written contract between Activu and the customer. In the event of a conflict, the applicable executed agreement will control.
